  • The Vince Vesci Team: Experience isn't Expensive... It's Priceless

Real estate is about more than just transactions - it’s about the people and the stories behind every door. Based in the heart of Doylestown and serving the vibrant communities of Bucks and Montgomery Counties, the Vince Vesci Team brings a high-energy, client-first approach to every move you make.

Co-founders Vince Vesci and Amy Baitinger lead the team with a powerful synergy of experience and innovation. With nearly 20 years in the industry and over 1,000 closed transactions, Vince is a seasoned negotiator with a deep background in residential, commercial, and new construction. He’s built his reputation on a "clients-first" philosophy, ensuring that every person he represents has a sharp, tireless advocate in their corner.

Amy complements this veteran expertise with a decade of experience and a mastery of modern luxury marketing. She seamlessly blends traditional service with cutting-edge digital tech - from immersive virtual tours to strategic social media campaigns - to ensure every listing stands out. Whether you’re looking for your first home or a luxury estate, Amy’s focus is on building lasting relationships and providing a bespoke experience at every price point.

Our team’s strength is furthered by the dedicated partnership of Joe and Kelly O’Brien, a husband-and-wife duo who bring a unique, collaborative energy to their clients, and our newest member, Corinne Douglas, who adds fresh perspective and passion to the group.

At the Vince Vesci Team, we believe that moving should be an exciting milestone, not a stressful one. We’re here to handle the details, navigate the complexities, and get you exactly where you want to be.
